Back Pain

Back pain as a result of overuse or over-training is a common complaint amongst athletes involved in repetitive running, twisting, kicking, striking, throwing and contact sports. It often correlates with a rapid change in activity or increase in training load in the younger athlete.

Common overuse Back injuries treated by Elite Physiotherapists include:
